About
ARC Annotation is a structured, production-focused remote workforce community powering real-world datasets for frontier Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning models. Built from the ground up to replace disorganized, informal freelance groups with a disciplined digital office, the community brings together 150+ dedicated annotators, quality checkers, and operations leads across image, video, speech, and 3D spatial data projects.
What a Prospective Member Needs to Know
Joining ARC Annotation is not an open-ended gig; it is an active operational role inside a managed production pipeline. Before applying or joining the server, prospective members should understand the operational standards:
- Hardware & Connectivity Baseline: Annotators must operate from a desktop or laptop PC with a reliable, stable internet connection. Data annotation platforms and point cloud tools cannot be operated via mobile devices.
- Minimum Time Commitment: Every active annotator is required to log a minimum of 40 active duty hours per 15-day cutoff cycle (averaging around 2 to 3 hours daily). Consistent availability is mandatory to maintain an active profile.
- Automated Activity & Shift Tracking: The workspace utilizes a proprietary, self-hosted Time Tracker bot and a live ECODA dashboard. Voice presence, active task execution, and idle/AFK states are tracked automatically to guarantee complete operational transparency and fairness.
- Zero-Tolerance for Careless Submissions: High data integrity is the agency's primary client commitment. Autopassing tasks, skipping guideline-mandated edits, or submitting unchecked data results in immediate task revocation and account deactivation. Every task passes through dedicated Form and Temp Checkers targeting a 99%+ accuracy benchmark.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: All project documentation, client guidelines, and data assets are strictly proprietary. Annotators work within secure, monitored environments designed to protect client data integrity.
Why You Should Join the Community
ARC Annotation offers a structured, reliable environment designed to reward consistency, accuracy, and professional growth:
- Predictable, Bi-Weekly Earnings: Unlike unpredictable freelance marketplaces where bidding and client acquisition take up unpaid time, ARC team members receive
